Indonesia SDPPI : tighten enforcement on certifications and labeling with fines
The Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya dan Perangkat Pos dan Informatika (SDPPI) of Indonesia has tightened enforcement for certification and labeling requirements for importers and distributors of devices. This includes enforcing administrative sanctions, such as fines, for non-compliance with the new regulations since 2018.
