The Federal Telecommunications Institute convinced of the importance and relevance of promoting transparency and citizen participation in the matters under its charge, as well as in the decision-making that it must carry out on various matters of general interest.
The purpose of this public consultation is to gather comments, opinions or contributions that allow the Institute to determine future actions in the planning and administration of the radioelectric spectrum, in relation to the appropriate use of the 5925-7125 MHz frequency band or segments thereof.
In this way, this consultative process makes a reference document available to all interested parties, which is not properly in public consultation, but through it, the Institute intends to provide interested parties with a general overview of the use of the frequency band 5925-7125 MHz, nationally and internationally and, based on this, make comments to this regulatory body.
The information in accordance with the terms and terms described in these mechanics – in relation to this consultative process will not be binding. The foregoing, without prejudice to the fact that this autonomous constitutional body may weight said inputs in a document that reflects the results of said public consultation, which will be made public in this section, prior to the Plenary of the Institute making a determination on the present matter.
