On March 1, 2020 new requirements of IRC 62209-2 AMD1:2019 standard will become mandatory.
The ISED Canada issued notification to its recognized Certification Bodies , that they may apply the requirements of the IEC 62209-2 AMD1:2019 standard on a voluntary basis immediately.
