ENACOM approves a plan to allocate portions of the radio frequency spectrum for Wireless Access Systems in shared-use bandwidths. This article talks about Resolution №581, 2018.
Information technology services along with fixed and mobile communications should use the following bandwidths without a license on a non-exclusive basis:
915 – 928 MHz
2.4 GHz
5 GHz
57 – 71 GHz bands
In conformity with the specifications provided in the resolution.
All the equipment used for the emission in the radio frequency bands must meet the following conditions:

It must comply with the regulations regarding non-ionizing radiation, and may not exceed established limits

It must function and be produced in accordance with technical standards defined by the National Communications Agency and operate exclusively in the established frequency bands

It must be duly homologated or have the type of approval certificates determined by the National Communications Agency.
