The Directorate General of Resources Management and Equipment of Posts and Informatics issued Decree No 124 on July 23, 2020.
According to this Decree, the SDPPI allowing recognize test reports of foreign testing laboratories for telecommunication devices, mobile phones, handheld computers, and tablet computers. This recognition is temporary and valid for a period of six months. Only test reports from the recognized foreign labs are acceptable. These reports are recognized as supporting documents within the certification procedure for the telecommunication devices.
In the Decree 16 recognized foreign testing labs for telecommunication devices, mobile phones, handheld computers, and tablet computers are indicated. The recognition of overseas test centers can be revoked before the expiration of the validity period in the following cases:

Accreditation status as a test center determined by APAC-MRA or ILAC-MRA as well as international agencies or telecommunications regulators of other countries were revoked or no longer valid.

Based on the results of the evaluation, the Test Result Report (LHU) or the test report issued by the Overseas Test Center does not comply with the technical requirements that are applicable in the territory of Indonesia.
