The notice declares that since June 2019, goods can not be imported without accrediting compliance with security NOMs at the point of entry into the country.
If you already have a valid NOM security certificate, you should go to your OC to provide the tariff fractions of your products to be certified, to be insure they are included in the certificate.
The CB will reprint the certificate and upload the information contained therein to the Standard-Customs System.

It is important to keep in mind that, as of June 3, 2019, certificates that do not have a tariff item will not be validated in the Customs-Norms System and, therefore, you will not be able to carry out your imports.
- if the certification of your product is in process, you should do the same process as in the first case going to your OC to provide the tariff fractions of your products, so that the certificate you issue contains them.Once the certificate has been issued, the CB must upload the information contained therein to the Standard-Customs System, in order to validate and carry out your operations.Important to remember that from June 3, 2019, you will not be able to import your merchandise subject to security NOMs, without the validation of the corresponding certificate, which must include the tariff fraction of your merchandise.
