India notifies the exemption conditions for Essential Requirement (ER) tests
There were a few requests the Telecommunications Engineering Centre (TEC) has been receiving for modification or removal of some test parameters included in the Essential Requirement (ER).
TEC in return has decided to address it by granting time-limited “exemptions” to certain specific parameters instead.
