The Ministry of Communications has decided to allow technological experiments in the frequency band 915 to 917 MHz in the next months.
There is still mandatory to obtain a certificate of compliance and a license under the Communications Law.
In addition, the Ministry of Communications will act to rearrange the frequency band between 790-960 MHz, inter alia, to adopt this regulation in Europe and as detailed in Recommendation 70-03 CEPT / ERC which is updated from time to time.
The Ministry advises that duty cycle shall not exceed 1% and the transmission capacity on each of the transmission lines shall not exceed 25 million watts, except for a frequency of 916.3 MHz in which a transmission of a power not exceeding 100 milliwatts may be possible.
